About Francis
Frank has been actively involved with the REIV for many years, serving on a range of Institute committees and divisions including the Auction and Buyers' Agents Chapters. He is a past member of the Estate Agents Council and chaired the Best Practice Committee for a decade. Frank has previously served the Institute at its highest level, as President from 2002-2003.
He is a licensed estate agent, accredited auctioneer and a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
