Manage Operational Plan

An operational plan shows how an area of operations will work to achieve one or more organisational or departmental objectives. Management at a strategic level requires systems and procedures to be developed and implemented to facilitate your organisation’s operational plan. This course delivers the skills and knowledge required to “develop and monitor implementation of an operational plan” to provide efficient and effective workplace practices within your organisation’s productivity and profitability plans.
