Mount Martha is located 53 km south-east of the CBD and is a bayside suburb on the Mornington Peninsula. It continues to be a popular holiday destination, situated opposite one of Port Phillip Bay’s most beautiful beaches, with its iconic boatsheds. Mount Martha is now predominantly a residential suburb, although it still incorporates some small semi-rural holdings. In addition to many recreational facilities, Mount Martha features a vibrant village shopping precinct and The Briars, a large historical park. It is also close to the vast Devilbend Reservoir Reserve to the east and the Martha Cove Marina development to the south.
